- One recent (less than six months old) coloured, full-face photograph against white background. (ATTENTION: computer photos are not accepted)
- Passport Form (mandatory),
- For male Brazilian nationals between 18 and 45 years of age: original “Documento militar - CAM (Reservista)” - military document - If not presented, a stamp will be placed on the new passport reminding the bearer to update their details within 30 days of entering Brazil
- Original Electoral Card and voting certificate or justification of absence from last polls. If not presented, a stamp will be placed on the new passport reminding the bearer to update their details within 30 days of entering Brazil
- CPF (Taxpayer Registry)
Children Under 18 years of Age

- Original passport, except for cases of first passport
- Original of Brazilian birth certificate or of the birth certificate issued by the Brazilian Consulate General
