Eligibility:
* Professional artist, musician or sportsman: paid participation in athletic or performing arts event and
* Accompanying technician/assistant.

Requirements:
- Work authorization by the Ministry of Labor is required prior to visa application.
It is the responsibility of the sponsor, promoter or employer to make all necessary arrangements related to the contract in Brazil, prior to lodging of the visa application.

- Applicant’s passport, valid for no less than six moths from the date of expiration. The passport must have at least three blank pages;

- One recent individual passport-sized photograph, full frontal, white background.

- One visa application form, duly filled out, signed by the applicant (parents must sign for minors under 18 years old). The application form can be filled out on the site https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv and must be printed out, on sheet size A4.
